IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
We do not have a minimum order size. Whether you have 5 or 500 guests at your event, we can accommodate for it. We work with every client to fit their needs. If a client needs 10 chair covers for example, that is fine. We can accommodate it with no additional charges.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order simply contact us via email or phone to discuss details about the rental and payment. Once you sign our rental agreement and provide us with your deposit, your date is secure and your order is placed.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
We do not have a daily rate. We customize pricing of every rental differently based on what you are renting and the time frame of which you will be renting the items for.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
It is never to soon to reserve your rental. With any company, the sooner you reserve the date, the better selection and availability you will receive.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
If any changes need to be made on a rental, we require the changes around 90 days prior to the event so that our staff can accommodate for the changes and make sure that everything is finalized for your event.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS AND POLICIES?
We accept many types of payments from cash, check, money order, credit card, etc. We do require a deposit to secure your rental and date. We will discuss with you from then up until the day of the event the planning and arrangement of the items rented. We do require the remaining balance be paid 30 days prior to the event.
